The ABRITES Vehicle Diagnostics Interface (AVDI) is the latest version of our interface that allows the connection between our state-of-the-art software and your vehicles. The AVDI is the basis upon which the whole ABRITES products ecosystem is founded. On this basis you can build a bespoke package of solutions tailored to your needs. The basic package will give you access to a vast array of functionalities that will allow you to enter the world of automotive diagnostics with a minimal investment. Additional purchases will allow you to cover a range of functionalities that is often unmatched by OEM tools.

Each AVDI includes an Annual Maintenance Subscription (AMS) and Support Plan Service (SPS) for the first year of use in order to make sure that you get the full AVDI experience straight away. B- Content or materials that do not comply with local law, Islamic law, rules, morals, values, etiquette and traditions.
C- Content or materials that may threaten national security.
D- Content or materials that may promote or fall within the framework of gambling.
2- Securities, including stocks, bonds, instruments, or any other securities or any assets.
3- Living or dead creatures and/or any part of any animal that has been kept or preserved by any artificial or natural means.
4- Alcohol, tobacco products, narcotics, mind-altering substances, sleeping pills, intoxicants of any kind, and medical medications.
5- To the best of your knowledge, materials that are defective, false, damaged, misleading, or may cause harm when used normally for the benefit or health of another user of the site.
6- Non-transferable vouchers.
7- Chemicals or any weapons.
8- Publishing materials for which you do not have the right to share the link or include them.
9- Publishing fake or stolen materials.
10- Violating or circumventing the law, violating any third party’s rights, our systems or policies, or violating decisions related to the status of your account.
11- Use the Services if you no longer meet the eligibility criteria for use, or you are unable to enter into legally binding contracts, or your account has been temporarily or indefinitely suspended.

Shipping and handling :

About warranty:
- Includes our insurances (Arabian Diag Trading) to protect your product from any explicit blessings, encouragement, design or disavowal that may be acquired after purchase.
- In cases where (Arabian Diag Trading) sells the product directly and for specific products, a 12-month warranty will be provided.
In cases where the products were purchased from another seller, that seller's warranties will apply.
- In cases where (Arabian Diag Trading) is considered the seller, the repairs covered by the warranty are carried out in the repair centers designated for us.
In cases where a product is purchased through a seller other than (Arabian Diag Trading), a fully comprehensive warranty applies.
- Prefer the original required warranty services, i.e. the serial number and warranty validity.
- In some cases, a delivery representative will be sent to collect the product from the agent, employee, authorized employee or qualified service center, in this case for a period of time, which will be .......... business days from the date of receipt of the product from the customer's address until the delivery date With the delegate
- Not all products are covered by warranty, always check the product list to see if it is comprehensive in coverage.

Return and Cancellation Policy:

1- If the product reaches the customer and it turns out that there is a manufacturing defect:

- Arabian Diag Trading is committed to ensuring that the products are free from manufacturing defects. In the event that a manufacturing defect is found, the customer has the right to request a replacement of the product by contacting technical support within (7) days of receiving the product and informing them of the defect. Accordingly, we send a representative to return the product to the warehouse and confirm From a manufacturing defect, then sending a new product to the customer instead of the defective product, and the customer does not bear any costs such as return and sending fees.

2- Product guarantee:

Arab Diag Trading gives a guarantee to the manufacturers or suppliers of some products, and this is mentioned in the product description. We are not responsible for any malfunctions or defects in the product for which a guarantee is not given, and it must be kept in the invoice if the product is under warranty.

3- If the cancellation occurs before delivery, no amount will be deducted from the customer.
